வருகின்ற  25-06-2015 வியாழக்கிழமை அன்று நமது மாவட்ட செயற்குழு  கூட்டம் மாவட்ட தலைவர் தோழர் சமுத்திரகனி அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற உள்ளது . மாவட்ட செயற்குழுவில் மாநில செயற்குழு முடிவுகளை விளக்கி நமது மாநில துணை செயலரும் உழைக்கும் மகளிர் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு குழு   கன்வீனருமான தோழியர் V P  இந்திரா அவர்கள் பேச உள்ளார் .அனைத்து கிளை செயலர்களும் , மாவட்ட சங்க நிர்வாகிகளும் தவறாது கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பிக்க மாவட்ட சங்கம் தோழமையுடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறது . 

  நடைபெற உள்ள மாவட்ட செயற்குழுவில் 30-06-2015 அன்று பணி ஓய்வு பெறும் மூத்த தோழர் V சுப்ரமணியன் .SS அவர்களுக்கு பணி ஓய்வு பாராட்டு விழாவும் நடைபெற உள்ளது .

BSNL sign deal with BSCCL to buy internet bandwidth from Bangladesh

    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) sign its first agreement outside India to buy bandwidth from Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited (BSCCL) to provide internet services in the northeast. The agreement between the two companies is likely to be signed during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Dhaka that starts tomorrow, according to an official from the department of telecommunications. It is also exploring South Africa for expansion, and may pick up equity stakes in one of the country’s telecom service providers. Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company has agreed to sell its unused bandwidth to BSNL for $1.2 million a year. Initially, BSNL will buy 10 Gbps (Gigabits per second) capacity, which will be increased to 40 Gbps over time. The agreement between the two companies was signed during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Dhaka that starts tomorrow, according to an official from the department of telecommunications. In statement of intent on Bangladesh-India Education Cooperation (adoption) and an agreement between Submarine Cable Company Limited (BSCCL) and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for leasing of international bandwidth for internet at Akhaura.

BSNL adds 0.43 million connections in April 201

It is good news. BSNL has added 0.43 million connections in April 2015. This is a trend change from losing connection to adding connections.Now BSNL has got 16.18 million landline connections and 77.50 mobile connections, including wireless connection, thus a total of 93.67 million. In the landlines it is first and in the mobiles it is in the 5th position after Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Essar, Idea and Reliance Telecom.The Teledensity by the end of April 2015 stands at 80% with about 1 Billion (100 crore) connections.BSNL has to go miles and miles. BSNL was number two up-to 2006. Can’t it come up again? Make all out efforts.

உங்களை வேவுபார்க்கிறதா ஏர்டெல்? - அம்பலப்படுத்தியவருக்கு நோட்டீஸ்!

எல்லாம் தனியார் என்றால் எதுவும் நடக்கும்  

 பெங்களூரூவைச் சேர்ந்த புரோகிராமர் தேஜேஷ் GN. கடந்த ஜூன் 3-ம் தேதி ஏர்டெல் 3ஜி நெட்வொர்க் மூலம் தன்னுடைய வலைதளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்திருக்கிறார். அப்போது தளத்தின் சோர்ஸைச் சோதனை செய்தபோது ஒரு வித்தியாசமான ஜாவாஸ்க்ரிப்ட் (Anchor.js) கோடு சேர்க்கப்பட்டிருப்பதைப் பார்த்து அதிர்ந்தார். ஏனென்றால் ஒரு வலைதளத்தில், பயனீட்டாளரின் அனுமதியில்லாமல் ஜாவாஸ்க்ரிப்டைத் திணிப்பது தவறானது. தேஜேஷ் தன் வலைதளத்தில் இன்னொரு iFrame கோடும் இருந்ததை பின்னர் கண்டுபிடித்தார்.

இந்த இரு கோடுகளிலும் இருந்தது ஒரே ஒரு ஐபி முகவரி. 223.224.131.144 எனும் இந்த ஐபி முகவரியை ட்ரேஸ் செய்தபோதுதான் தேஜேஷுக்கு அதிர்ச்சி காத்திருந்தது. காரணம், இந்த ஐபியை வைத்திருந்தது பெங்களுரூவில் இருக்கும் பாரதி ஏர்டெல் நிறுவனம். இதைக் கொஞ்சமும் எதிர்பார்த்திருக்காத தேஜேஷ், பிரபல GitHub வலைதளத்தில் இதை அம்பலப்படுத்தினார்.

இங்கேதான் ஒரு சின்ன ட்விஸ்ட்.

அடுத்த சில நாட்களில் இஸ்ரேலைச் சேர்ந்த பிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ் எனும் மும்பையில் இருந்த தனது வழக்கறிஞர்கள் மூலம் தேஜேஷுக்கு ஒரு Cease & Desist நோட்டீஸை அனுப்ப, ஷாக்காகி விட்டார் தேஜேஷ்.

ஏர்டெல் நிறுவனம் பயன்படுத்தியிருந்த ஜாவாஸ்க்ரிப்ட்டுக்கு உரிமை கோரியிருந்த இந்த நிறுவனம், இதைப் பற்றிய தகவல்களை இணையத்தில் இருந்து உடனடியாக நீக்குமாறு தேஷேஜ்-க்கு நோட்டீஸில் தெரிவித்திருந்தது. மேலும், தேஜேஷ்-ன் நடவடிக்கைகள் ஐ.பி.கோ 1860, தகவல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப சட்டம் செக்‌ஷன் 2000-படி சட்டப்படி தவறு என்கிறது ஃபிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ்.இந்த நிறுவனம் தேஜேஷுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்பியதோடு மட்டும் நிற்காமல், GitHub வலைத்தளத்துக்கும் DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) டேக்-டவுன் நோட்டீஸை அனுப்பி தேஜேஷ் பதிவேற்றியிருந்த தகவல்களை அகற்றவும் வைத்தது. ஃபிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ் நிறுவனம் நோட்டீஸில் தன்னுடைய Anchor.js ஜாவாஸ்க்ரிப்ட்டுக்கு உரிமை கோரியிருந்தால், இந்த ஜாவா கோடு மூலம் அந்த நிறுவனக்கும், ஏர்டெல்லுக்கும் என்ன காரியம் ஆகிறது என்று குறிப்பிடவேயில்லை. இத்தனைக்கும் ஏர்டெல், ஃபிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ்-ன் வாடிக்கையாளர்.

இங்குதான் நெட் நியூட்ராலிட்டி பிரச்னையும் சேர்கிறது. ஏற்கனவே இந்தப் பிரச்னையில் ஏர்டெல்லின் பெயர் அடிவாங்கியது எல்லோருக்கும் தெரியும். இப்போது ஏர்டெல்லின் இந்த செயல் அம்பலப்படுத்தப்பட்டு இருப்பதால், மேலும் பிரச்னைதான். ஏனென்றால், ஒரே வலைதளம் ஏர்டெல் நெட்வொர்க்கில் ஒரு மாதிரியும், வேறு ஒரு நெட்வொர்க்கில் வேறு மாதிரியும் தெரிவது தவறுதான்.

ஃபிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ் நிறுவனம் இதுகுறித்து எந்த விளக்கமும் அளிக்காத நிலையில், ஏர்டெல் நிறுவனம் தன்னுடைய வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் இணையப் பயன்பாட்டை கணக்கிடுவதற்கான தொழில்நுட்பம்தான் இது எனவும், ஒரு தனியார் நிறுவனம் மூலம் இதைச் செய்வதாகவும் விளக்கம் அளித்திருக்கிறது. மேலும், ஃபிளாஷ் நெட்வொர்க்ஸ் அனுப்பிய நோட்டீஸுக்கும், தனக்கும் எந்த சம்பந்தமும் இல்லை என தெரிவித்திருக்கிறது.ஒரு இந்திய நிறுவனத்தின் செயல் குறித்து இணையத்தில் பதிவிட்டால், இஸ்ரேலில் இருந்து லீகல் நோட்டீஸ்! நல்லா இருக்கு!

BSNL plans to launch 4G services in six circles

       State-run telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) plans to launch high-speed fourth-generation (4G) services across six telecom circles, of the 20 circles where it operates. BSNL is in talks with various telecom companies, including Reliance Jio Infocomm (RJIL) and SSTL, for a strategic tie-up.BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava told FE that they were open for a strategic tie-up for 4G operations and are in talks with various telecom companies in this regard. However, he did not name the telcos.Telcos are eagerly awaiting announcement of the guidelines on spectrum sharing and trading, which is expected to be in place in a month or two.Official sources said for BSNL, RJIL would be the first choice, as RJIL has already signed a pact with BSNL to lease out 4,000 of its mobile towers. It is the only telco that has 4G spectrum in 2300 MHz band across all 22 telecom circles. But, unlike RJIL, that plans to launch 4G services in few selected circles in next one or two months, BSNL is expected to start its 4G operations in six of its circles only by March 2016.On the other hand, Russia’s SSTL, that operates in India under MTS, offers mobile services across nine circles. MTS has, however, denied any such plan.BSNL has limited spectrum to offer full-fledged 4G services and would need at least 5 MHz for successfully rolling out 4G services and is looking to partner with other telco.BSNL is currently overhauling its operations and upgrading its networks. It is also looking at convergence of its wireless and wire-line networks to provide high speed data 4G services. It has broadband spectrum in 16 telecom circles.A senior BSNL official explained that BSNL may offer 4G service in around eight to nine telecom circles and would compensate it with a similar quality of network on Wi-Fi and 3G and to offer seamless connectivity.BSNL is also integrating its network with 3G, 4G network so that customer can be seamlessly transferred to Wi-Fi.BSNL is investing about Rs 7,000 crore in setting up Wi-Fi hotspots integrated with 3G, 4G networks across the country over the next two years.

உலகம் முழுவதும் கிளைகள் கொண்ட ஹெச்.எஸ்.பி.சி. வங்கி நிர்வாகம், 25 ஆயிரம் பணியாளர்களை நீக்கி ஆட்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. 

பிரிட்டனில் மட்டும் சுமார் 8 ஆயிரம் பேரை பணியில் இருந்து நீக்க முடிவெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஹெச்.எஸ்.பி.சி.வங்கியில் உலகம் முழுவதுமாக மொத்தம் 2,66,000 ஊழியர்கள் பணியாற்றி வருகிறார்கள்.இங்கிலாந்தில் மட்டும் 47,500 ஊழியர்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள். ஊழியர்களை குறைக்க இருப்பதால் அதன் கிளைகளின் எண்ணிக்கையும் படிப்படியாகக் குறைய உள்ளது.பிரிட்டனில் இப்போது அவர்களுக்கு 1,050 கிளைகள் இருக்கின்றன. அதில் 20 கிளைகள் ஏற்கெனவே மூடப்பட்டு விட்டன. இன்னுமொரு 20 கிளைகளை அது மூட திட்டமிட்டிருக்கிறது.துருக்கி மற்றும் பிரேசிலில் தங்களது வர்த்தகத்தை விற்றுவிடவும் அவ்வங்கி முடிவு செய்துள்ளதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
